No último fim de semana, aconteceu mais um encontro da 4ª turma da Pós-Graduação em Viticultura e Enologia da UniPinhal 🍷
Durante a manhã, os alunos mergulharam na aula de análise sensorial, explorando e identificando os diferentes aromas presentes nos vinhos — uma experiência essencial para quem quer se aprofundar no universo da enologia.
Já no período da tarde, na aula de enografia, foi a vez de uma degustação especial de vinhos portugueses, harmonizados com a culinária local, proporcionando uma vivência completa de sabores e culturas.
